I won’t give up! – SMP donation
With the help of our colleagues, the majority of the computers and monitors that were no longer in use within the organisation were handed over a few days ago. The donation took place at the ‘Nem Adom Fel’ Foundation’s residential home for adults with disabilities on Baross Street.

In her brief welcome speech, Andrea Gál (Head of Fundraising / Head of Volunteer Coordination at the Nem Adom Fel Foundation) explained that these residents, along with the Foundation’s nearly 280 staff members, live their daily lives with some form of disability, and that they, too, require the technical and digital infrastructure to support their learning, work, engagement with the world and leisure activities. During the visit, we toured the Residential Home on Baross Street in the 8th district, where eight people with disabilities can live in dignified conditions.
The welcome was heart-warming, and we left feeling good, as our disused equipment had gone to a very good home.
I would like to thank the IT Support, Finance and Warehouse teams for their work in the run-up to this, and my colleagues András Gáspár and Richárd Németh for their help during the handover!
