Data Strategy and Governance

Overview

We use a data maturity assessment to determine where the organisation currently stands in terms of data management and where it needs to be. We then deliver a data and analytics strategy based on this, complete with a prioritised, cost-backed roadmap, and develop the regulatory framework required for its implementation.
