SMP Solutions’ smart safe solution links physical cash deposits with the bank’s digital processes. Banknotes are placed in the smart safe, where the system automatically authenticates, checks and counts them, before storing the cash securely. Transaction data is transmitted to the central software platform, enabling deposits and the status of assets to be monitored centrally and in real time.

Automated cash deposit

Banknotes are authenticated and counted automatically, thereby reducing the need for manual cash handling and minimising the need for reconciliation.

Real-time account crediting

Integration with the banking system enables the immediate processing of authorised transactions and the crediting of the amount paid.
