What does the app contain?
In the case of M12, Soffie replaces a system consisting of separate tools with a single application, which OTP staff genuinely enjoy using.
Find your way as soon as you arrive
Soffie knows where you are in the building and works out the best route to your destination for you. It’s just as useful on your first day as it is on your hundredth.
Searching for people, rooms and places
Find a colleague’s desk, check which meeting room is free, or locate the nearest kitchen, café or toilet – all on the same map.
Book a desk, a room or a parking space
Book a workstation for that day, a meeting room by size or facilities, or a parking space based on real-time availability, rather than relying solely on calendar data.
Everything in the right context, exactly when you need it
Tap a location on the map to find out the key information. You can call a colleague or send them an email directly from the app, and you’ll only see services relevant to your role.
It can be connected to the devices you already use
Soffie synchronises with Outlook, so calendar events, meetings and bookings are all in one place. It also connects to the building’s access control and car park systems in the background.
Help without leaving the app
Answers to frequently asked questions and the relevant telephone number are built in, so if you get stuck, you don’t need to exit Soffie.

Managing day-to-day operations at OTP’s head office.
Soffie provides indoor navigation, desk and meeting room booking, and day-to-day services for staff working at OTP Bank’s M12 headquarters. This is SMP’s largest cross-business-unit project.
