Fire alarm systems

Early detection, rapid response, integrated security

One of the most important functions of a fire alarm system is to detect the danger at the very earliest stage of a fire and to immediately trigger the necessary alarm and protection procedures. In banking, retail and large corporate environments, this not only ensures people’s safety but also helps to maintain business continuity and protect critical assets.

SMP implements fire alarm systems tailored to the operation and risks of the specific premises:

• Installation of automatic and manual fire alarm systems
• installation of smart sensors and fire alarm control panels
• provision of audible and visual signals
• integration with building services and security systems
• ongoing maintenance and operational support

Integrated operation with the building’s other systems

A state-of-the-art fire alarm system does not operate as a stand-alone solution. In the event of an alarm, it interfaces with other systems in the building, such as access control, public address systems, ventilation systems or other security infrastructure. This enables a faster evacuation, reduces risk and ensures a more organised response to incidents.

Full life-cycle support

SMP supports its clients every step of the way, from design and installation through to operation and regular maintenance. Preventative maintenance, periodic inspections and documented operational procedures contribute to the reliable operation of the system and compliance with regulations.

The aim is to establish a fire safety infrastructure that supports safe and uninterrupted operations in the long term.
