Security operations & monitoring

Managed Security Operations Centre with SIEM-based log correlation and NDR/XDR telemetry, providing 24-hour, multi-tier analytical coverage. From detection to incident management, defined service levels, established procedures and expert response processes ensure a rapid and effective response.

Detection, analysis and response in a single service

Cyber threats often remain undetected for a long time, and maintaining continuous security monitoring poses a significant challenge for organisations. Our service combines technology, expert capability and proven operational processes to ensure that security incidents can be quickly detected and managed.

How does it work?

We centrally collect and analyse log data and security events from various sources. Our sources include servers, network and security devices, endpoints, as well as cloud and SaaS services. Events are assessed using detection logic tailored to the customer’s environment, which focuses on identifying modern attack techniques.

Incoming alerts are examined by a multi-tiered team of analysts, who filter out false alarms and prioritise genuine security risks. Identified incidents are handled in accordance with pre-defined procedures, supported by automated response mechanisms, ensuring a faster and more effective response.

More than just monitoring

The service is not based solely on monitoring security incidents. Proactive threat hunting, the use of threat intelligence and continuous fine-tuning help to identify new risks before they have any impact on the business.

Support for compliance

Regular management and technical reports provide a clear picture of the organisation’s security posture and support compliance with regulatory requirements, including the incident management and reporting obligations set out in NIS2.

Integrated technological infrastructure

The service is built on capabilities such as centralised log management and log archiving, security incident management (SIEM), automated response (SOAR), behavioural analysis (UEBA), network detection and response (NDR), extended detection and response (XDR), and the use of threat intelligence platforms. This enables the organisation’s entire IT environment to be brought under unified management.
