Controlled, measurable and auditable information security

As a result of NIS2 and other regulatory requirements, information security is no longer solely a technological issue, but also a management responsibility. Governance, risk management and compliance frameworks ensure that an organisation’s security measures are aligned with its business objectives, that risks are manageable, and that compliance remains demonstrable.

Management

The development of an information security management system involves defining roles and responsibilities, establishing a regulatory framework, developing procedures and supporting management reporting. We also provide an external information security officer (IBF) service on request.

Risk management

We support decision-making and risk management through asset-, process- and service-based risk analyses. Our services cover the assessment of supplier and supply chain risks (TPRM), business continuity and disaster recovery planning, and the application of CRQ (Cyber Risk Quantification) approaches, which quantify cyber risks based on their business impact.

Compliance

We provide support for compliance with the requirements of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, DORA, PCI CPP and IEC 62443, including gap analyses, regulatory compliance preparation, internal audits, and the development and monitoring of action plans.
