We begin the project with an assessment of the current status and requirements, followed by the preparation of the system design and manufacturer-specific configurations. This is followed by the delivery, installation, integration and testing of the equipment. We tailor the migration to the dependencies of the applications and the acceptable downtime, and support the handover with documentation and knowledge transfer.

We also provide operational and support services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations: monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and manufacturer escalation. Where required, we help ensure business continuity with service levels set out in the contract and 24-hour availability.
